roblos operates across multiple game types: football sportsbook markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League), live-dealer tables (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), and slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways). Each section has its own rules and mechanics, but they all share the same account, balance, and payment infrastructure.
roblos Account Setup and Verification
Creating an account on roblos takes a few minutes. You provide your email, create a username and password, and then verify your identity. We require identity verification before you can deposit funds — this is a regulatory requirement in Indonesia and protects your account from unauthorized access.
During verification, we ask for your full name, date of birth, and a government-issued ID number. We cross-reference this information against Indonesian government records to confirm your identity. This step is mandatory and applies to all users, regardless of whether you plan to use the sportsbook, live casino, or slots.
Once verified, your account unlocks immediately. You can then link a payment method — DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank account (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) — and begin depositing. We do not charge fees for account creation or verification.
Verification is secure and private
We use encrypted connections and do not share your identity data with third parties. Your information is stored securely and used only for account verification and regulatory compliance.
If your verification is declined, we will notify you via email with the reason. Common reasons include mismatched information or an ID that does not match our records. You can resubmit with corrected details, and we will review again within 24 hours.
roblos Payment Methods and Deposits
We accept nine payment methods in Indonesia: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Each method processes deposits differently, but all are equally secure and supported by roblos.
Mobile Wallet Deposits (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment)
Mobile wallet deposits are the fastest option. When you select online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we redirect you to the wallet app or a payment gateway. You confirm the transaction in your wallet, and the funds appear in your roblos account within seconds. There are no additional fees — the amount you send is the amount that arrives.
Bank Transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet)
Bank transfers take slightly longer but are equally straightforward. We provide you with a unique account number for your bank of choice. You initiate a transfer from your bank app or ATM, and the funds settle within the bank's standard processing window — typically 1–4 hours during business hours, or by the next business day if you transfer outside banking hours.
account preferences and Minimums
We do not publish fixed minimum or maximum deposit amounts in this guide — these vary by payment method and change periodically. When you select a payment method during deposit, the interface displays the current limits for that method. You can deposit as little or as much as you choose within those limits.
Withdrawals and Settlement
Withdrawals follow the same payment channels as deposits. You request a withdrawal through your roblos account, specify the amount and payment method, and we process it. We verify your account status and confirm that the withdrawal amount does not exceed your balance. Once approved, funds are sent to your payment method.
Settlement times depend on the payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) typically settle within minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–4 hours during business hours. We do not impose artificial delays — your withdrawal is processed according to the payment method's standard settlement time.

roblos Common Questions and Troubleshooting
What if my deposit does not arrive?
Mobile wallet deposits (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) typically settle within seconds. If your deposit does not appear after subject to verification, check your wallet app to confirm the transaction was sent. If the transaction shows as completed in your wallet but has not arrived in roblos, contact our support team with your transaction ID.
Bank transfers may take longer. If you transferred funds via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, allow 1–4 hours during business hours. If more than 4 hours have passed and the funds have not arrived, check your bank statement to confirm the transfer was sent. Then contact our support team with your bank reference number.
Can I withdraw to a different payment method than I deposited from?
Yes. If you deposited via mobile banking but prefer to withdraw via local payment, you can do so. Simply select your preferred withdrawal method during the withdrawal process. We will send the funds to that method instead. This flexibility helps if you change payment preferences or want to consolidate funds across different wallets.
roblos Help Center is here to make your experience straightforward — from account setup through deposits, withdrawals, and everything in between.
How do I contact roblos support?
Our support team is available through multiple channels. You can submit a ticket through your roblos account dashboard, email us directly, or use the live chat feature if available. We respond to support requests within 24 hours. When you contact us, include your account email and a description of your issue — this helps us resolve your question faster.
Common support topics include account verification delays, payment method issues, withdrawal status checks, and questions about game rules. We also handle disputes — if you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly or a game outcome was wrong, our team can pull your session logs and investigate.
Our services are available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. If you are outside Indonesia or in a region where online wagering is restricted, roblos will not process your account or payment requests.
What happens if I forget my password?
You can reset your password through the login page. Click "Forgot password," enter your account email, and we will send you a reset link. Follow the link to create a new password. This process takes a few minutes and does not affect your account balance or transaction history.
Can I change my payment method after signup?
Yes. You can add, remove, or change payment methods in your account settings at any time. This is useful if you switch from one mobile wallet to another or want to add a bank account as a backup option. Your existing balance is not affected by payment method changes.
